6. Prohibited Activities

When using CrunchzApp, you agree to NOT:

  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Note: You may use CrunchzApp in ways that could violate WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. However, CrunchzApp does not guarantee or take responsibility if your WhatsApp account is banned or restricted due to such activities. You assume all risks associated with using the Services in violation of WhatsApp’s policies.

7. Payment and Fees

  • Some features of CrunchzApp may require payment. Fees will be clearly outlined when applicable.
  • Payments are processed through PayPal, and an additional surcharge of approximately 2-5% will be applied to cover PayPal transaction fees.
  • Payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and payment terms at the time of purchase or subscription.
  • All fees are non-refundable.

8. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing the use of the Services.
